This book is perfect for anyone who has struggled with a controlling ex or a controlling family member in general. It shows you exactly how to handle certain situations and how to get out of different things or issues. Written very well with great points!

I found this book really helpful. I wish I’d known there was a name and a whole slew of folks out there experiencing situations similar to mine. The more I learn about how to deal with these people the more protected I feel when he slings the arrows of emotional abuse.
