Wonderful beginner's guide. A lot of information is included towards the conclusion and it is really simple to understand. Excellent book for young adults.

It is an explosion of every profound and inspiring thing you’ve ever heard, every spiritual lesson you’ve ever been taught and every motivational speech you’ve ever listened to packed into a 3 hour punch in the face!
