Are you sick and tired of not being able to achieve psychological peace and a sense of well-being? If so, you've come to the right place.

You see, mental tranquility doesn't have to be complicated.

A report from National Center for Biotechnology Information demonstrated that the efficiency of CBT is very high, with its most potent factor being the management of anxiety disorders and general stress. According to Sage Journals, CBT is a direct, time-limited, structured treatment that can be used to treat a variety of mental disorders.

Here's just a tiny fraction of what you'll discover in this audiobook:

  • The various ways to rewire your brain with mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT)
  • The three meditation techniques to help foster CBT
  • The four things you should know about stopping a panic attack with mindfulness
  • Reasons why trying to reject thoughts is hurting your progress and what to do instead
  • Steps to reach mental and emotional wellness without sacrificing your comfort zone
  • Five harmful myths the internet tells you about depression and panic attacks
  • Ways to save time with just one straightforward change in your routine
  • A cool trick used by Jon Kabat-Zinn which helps you rewire your brain
  • The biggest mistake people make when having a panic attack
  • The three best therapies to help you with your mental health journey
  • And much, much more!

This was the best audible have used for anxiety and panic attacks. I haven’t ever thought so in-depth about what the root cause is of my problem. I use to not be able to leave my house, this audible helped me get myself out of the house (anxious) but get the right mind frame to do it. I have tried several different CBT audible and even been to a few therapists and nothing helped me like this audible

Wow! This book is the best in CBT. It is presented well. Explains depression. Gives a different perspective to the same situation. How people act differently because of depression, not just clinically but to any person who needs help to raise.
