Come along in this second book of the series as Sergeant Sanders and his squad join forces with a female French resistance fighter and her men, as they take on the Nazi threat invading her country. The battles rage on as Lori and her Resistance fighters teaming up with Sergeant Sanders and his men strike the Nazi's hard, and fast, then blending back into the villages where they live with their families, awaiting the next raid to end the Nazi threat to their people who simply wish to live in peace. Sanders has received a call from headquarters of a Nazi Gun emplacement, which threatens the allied forces from landing on the beach head. Teaming up with Lori, and her resistance fighters, they are trained by her men to scale a cliff where the Nazi Gun placement remains hidden from allied air strikes. So Sergeant Sanders mission is to scale the cliff enabling him and his men to lay down smoke to aid the flyboys in locating and bombing the Nazi Gun placement hidden within the cliff side Mounted on train rails.
