The title should have alluded to a Christians view

The book seems hypocritical to say pray to Jesus Christ to save you from negative experiences while out-of-body. I am not a Christian or belong to any religion, which is not needed for ascension in the spiritual world. I leave my body at least twice a month and have never had to call out a constructed deity for help. I simply use my thoughts to control the situation.

Tutorial

I did not finish this book feeling confident in my ability to have an out of body experience. Grated there is much love and proclamation of God within this book, it seems more of a spiritual preparation or conceptual views given from the author, rather than a how-to guide.

Waste of time

I don't even have time to go into how horrible this book is. Complete waste of time.

Garbage

You will not learn anything. Just another lost soul stuck in the external God web worshipping the Lord but not self. Sheer nonsense, not empowering or informative whatsoever. I would actually like a refund.

does not deliver what it promises! Thumbs down! She is all for beating around the bush, but never gets to the real point of the book; how to have the experience. totally disappointed.
