When I saw the audio book, I was concerned that it would be narrated by someone else and was happy to hear Peter’s own voice. It felt more natural as if he were just talking.

The information is great, a nice survey of CRE with several nice indicators and tips to use.

This book is focused on guiding investors to make wise decisions when investing in commercial real estate and describes many different types of commercial real estate (gas stations, apartment buildings, storage unit facilities , etc ) and their pros and cons. It explains basic commercial real estate terminology like NOI and cap rate; hence, it is great for beginners. I also liked how it was short, to the point, with a lot of personal examples from the author’s own venture into the world of commercial real estate investment. The one thing I wish is that it had been more useful as a guide for realtors interested in entering commercial real estate sales.
