Community gardens can enhance health by providing physical activity. They can also help to alleviate hunger and help various groups in our nation to develop job skills and form tighter neighborhood associations, sharing various vegetables like tomatoes, fresh corn, lots of greens, fruits, items from orchards, etc. Farmers' markets can be formed in new places in your city or town. Together, let's think differently. Let's help America with food insecurity. Together, we can do it. Be creative, enjoy the sunshine (for vitamin D), grab some seeds, gloves, get dirty, let's start planning, planting, and get ready for the fall harvest! Yes!
