End Co-Parenting Chaos in 30 Days—Even If Your Ex Refuses to Cooperate, Without Sacrificing Your Sanity or Your Child’s Happiness

Are you sick of every text with your ex turning into a battle—even when all you want is a simple answer about your kid? Does it feel like you’re the only one trying to keep things civil, while your ex keeps poking old wounds and dragging you back into the same arguments?

You’re exhausted from every pickup turning into a power struggle, every text spiraling into an argument, and the constant worry that your child is caught in the crossfire. You want peace, but it feels impossible when your ex seems determined to push every button and nothing you try sticks. This book is your shortcut out of the chaos—no complicated theories, just proven scripts and step-by-step tactics you can use today to protect your sanity and your child’s happiness. You don’t have to wait for your ex to change; with these tools, you’ll see results fast and finally build the calm, stable life your family deserves.

Bullet points:

  • Discover the one mindset shift that instantly reduces drama—no matter how hostile your ex gets.

  • Get step-by-step negotiation tactics that work—even with the most stubborn, unreasonable co-parent.
  • Get practical self-care strategies for staying sane and strong—even on the toughest days.

My ex is the problem, not me—why should I bother? - Here’s the truth: you don’t need their cooperation to create peace and protect your child. This book gives you the tools to control what you can—your responses, your boundaries, your child’s safety.

I’ve tried everything—nothing works with my ex.

As someone who as experienced this as a child and beyond, I would've greatly appreciated this resource if my parents listened. No one is perfect but listening and setting the intent to at least implement one aspect of these strategies would've greatly helped situations even as an adult wiith parents. This also provides scripts/ideas of what to say and things to prepare for so you don't wish you had done it and can't go back in time in legal situations or otherwise. For the safety of the famly as well as well-being, I recommend a listen. Open your miind and heart. Forgive yourself for any imperfections and be open to growth and making yours and your child's world a better place. Thank you.

a lifechanging resource!

Maybe calling it stress-free is too much, but the author of this audiobook has proven to truly understand coparenting and surviving it, because I could see myself reflected in his words.

I think the chapter on conflict diagnosis is wonderful, because many books on coparenting that I have read focus only on solutions and techniques, but how can I know where to apply them if I don’t understand my ex-partner? The tips on creating a new life by reconciling our old life with a future perspective were very helpful and reassuring.

The narration is great, well-paced and clear, even for me as a non-native English speaker.
