What I love most about this book is that it was very concise Direct and straight to the point. It gave you great insight and understanding as well as clarity about all the particular topics. The writer also gave you examples on how to proceed with your own practices and know what to do and what not to do when applying the different practices.

easy to follow and listening is very nice to the ears.
