Fancy verbiage and unnecessary chatter is entirely skipped in this book; read with true wonder and wide eyed enthusiasm. Annaka eloquently breaks down complex ideas in a mentally digestible, easy to follow format.

The author makes an otherwise challenging concept to grasp, easier to comprehend; the mind-bending subject of consciousness. She breaks it down into bite-size, understandable steps. Her speaking voice is calming as it is instructive.

I would imagine that anyone listening to this is thinking about similar ideas.
All that I heard resonated true with my consciousness. This is so well researched and expressed and I can only agree with all I heard.

This is a nice and concise starting point on the fundamentals of consciousness- from consciousness as an experiencer to the possibility of it being a fundamental component of matter.
