Marc's Safe Zone, and his network of interconnected Safe Zones, has been upgraded to an Industrial Technology level. With the new tech level comes a number of items that they've desperately wanted to build. Now railways, lighter than air travel, primitive firearms, and more are available, once the requirements for their tech chains are satisfied.

Marc has finally managed to get the day to day running of the Safe Zone out of his own hands and into hands he trusts. His mother is fully into the administrative end of things and his father, while head of the defenses, has now been granted build access on the pedestal so Marc is free to explore and grind for levels.

With the System trying to bypass its restrictions, the elves building a new settlement in Marc's Captured lands, and what seems like a major quest that needs doing, Marc's been slowed, if not totally stalled, on the expansion of both his Safe Zone and the network of Safe Zones that allow him to Capture land. Fortunately, the lighter than air tech chain offers a number of benefits, including the ability to search the surrounding areas and track down other survivors in their own Safe Zones.

Chickens Stole The Show

This is the best book in this series so far. The big chicken sitting on Jeff and suffocating him (he deserved it, being such a sour grape and constantly causing havoc to all his friends) as well as transporting the two monster hens back home had me in tears from laughing so hard. l am looking forward to the next layer to be exposed on just what is that big raccoon by the name of Begger. The successful expansion of the Safe Zones are great to watch now with the railroad and balloon flights. There is a satisfying feeling of accomplishment after a hard day fighting monsters and going home to a hot meal, shower and comfortable bed in a place where the monsters can't enter.

Number 1 litrpg of all time for me.

One of the best litrpg series I've ever listened too, and I can't wait for the next chapter.

I like the series mostly

I love the progress of the book, the story, ect. I do not love the women in this series constant nagging and putting down the MC, or being manipulative. I appreciate the MC gaining a backbone a little in this book. But the girlfriend thinking it’s okay to hit/slap the MC because she was upset or scared is ridiculous. I’m a woman and I couldn’t get over the entitled feeling coming from those characters. Aside from that great book, great series!
