Great book on Communication!

I believe this is an essential book for anyone that needs to communicate up or down in an organization. Frankly understanding communication styles could be used professionally or personally. I would and have recommended to others!

Boring

This is a great book if you have trouble sleeping. Writer has questionable business practices. Do not recommend.
