Amusing character-driven mystery

This was a complex retired spy caper, not particularly original, but it had its moments. The characters are just short of cartoon, sometimes amusing, sometimes verging on tedious. I may or may not go for the next in the series.

Easy listen on a quiet day.

Wonderful performance by narrator. This book comes to life through his abundant skill. Everything you could want in a relaxing listen… quirky characters, surprises, and a sweet little romance. Sit back and enjoy!

The surprise ending leaves room for a future book

A very entertaining read- some voices are indistinguishable but overall the reader was able to perform admirably
