Decent continuation

I didn’t hate this continuation. But I hated how Alexis’ character changed. Granted, this is mafia romance, but she went from loving it… to absolute and utter betrayal. Gabriel at the end was precisely what you’d expect. I liked that side of him.

all I want to say is book two was crazy I am so irritated with little Miss thing for constantly being stupid and putting Gabriel in harm's Way when she knows that he's the mother of your boss. I cannot wait to see what book three brings because I am so here for Gabriel's grass please take the city and put that woman in check narrators love love them oh my God the male narrator voice is sexy as ever definitely going to keep this one for my archive

I've read book 1 and felt bad for Alexis. I thought she was a bit too snarky, judgemental and hypocritical and this book proves I was right. I dislike her character and I am officially rooting for Gabriel 😩😉

Alexis Was Annoying

Alexis was extremely annoying in this book. Extremely self righteous. Even after learning about her father she still chose betrayal.
