Second chances don't come often...what matters is what we do with them...

In the midst of a seemingly standard investigation two police detectives come across information that one of them believes may be connected to a forty-year-old unsolved crime. As they move forward in their pursuit for answers they find that for some of their questions there are none. And that some of the answers they obtain are not at all what they would have expected in the course of a normal investigation.

Life is a series of choices. One man spends half a lifetime trying to redeem a choice that wreaked untold devastation beyond anything he could have imagined. His ignorance had drawn him and others but could never be a defense for what had taken place.

He’d sought justice for those who couldn’t. Shared his wealth without questions or condition. Was friend to all who had need and those as well who believed they had all…yet often had far less.

Now decades later he once again seeks the protection and wisdom found all those years ago on the mountain. Near the very peak to which he had once climbed seeking refuge and redemption.
