In book 14, the Christmas Baby, it's Christmas in Gooseberry Bay and the peninsula gang has come together to make it the best one yet. Ainsley has decided to jump headfirst into yuletide preparations and is looking forward to some time to relax and enjoy the season until she finds a baby on her doorstep with a note to keep her safe until her mother can return for her.

In book 15, the 'first family' of Gooseberry Bay is having a wedding and everyone who is anyone has turned out. Preparations for the big event have been going on for months, and in spite of the blood, sweat, and tears, experienced by almost every merchant in town, it appears that everything will go off without of hitch, until 'bridezilla' turns up dead.

Meanwhile, Adam and Ainsley are exploring their new relationship status, Bexley is settling in with Remi's help, Tegan decides to move on, and Avery has a surprise announcement.
