Countback examines the events both within the company and the effects of those events on its staff and sub-contractors battling both the technical problems they encountered as well as, in some cases, their own personal demons.

Written largely in reverse order and narrated by one of the company's own project leaders, it centers on how, just occasionally, one person in a team can make all the difference between crisis and catharsis. Countback is not just a story—it's an odyssey through corporate upheaval and personal redemption.
