God works in mysterious ways.

The narrator of the book gets and keeps your attention. It doesn't matter how poor or how rich you are we all share the same problems. Pastor Jakes hits a home run with this book.

Lovely Book

I enjoyed this book more than I thought I would. I laughed, cried and cheered as the women in the book grew and came to know and love each other. I was disappointed with the outcome for Mrs. Judson, but not every story has a happy outcome. It was well written and well read. I loved the book and highly recommend it.
