I love these meditations, I began years ago listening to her audio, The Joy of Meditation a beginners guide, I highly recommend it. I appreciate this audio book, although I only wish the meditations were split up for ease in finding them, It would be helpful if each meditation had its own chapter. Thank you Salle for sharing this beautiful inner healing work

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

Some deeper insights, instead of the rehashing of the basic Zen -ish tenets.

What could Salle Merrill Redfield have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Not sure if she could have done anything, as voice is a personal and subjective thing, and to me she was a bit too academic - almost childish in presentation.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

Yes.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

There are redeeming qualities in everything, one just has to search for them. I didn't feel like searching.

Any additional comments?

I'm sure her intentions were good. Again, more insights, better analogies, more "touching" on real experience.
