This is a fine book on how to understand and repair your credit rating. It's a succinct and to the point book, which is ideal for anyone who wants to get up to speed with credit repair and work out a strategy that is effective!

I've looked at credit counseling services before and NONE of them will tell you the truth about how the credit bureaus really work. Dana Lee book is a breath of fresh air and light on an industry that is deliberately obfuscated so as to confuse the public. And Dana Lee ANSWERS QUESTIONS too! How many authors actually do that? This is the only book I've to listen to that provides you the strategies and tools to repair your credit successfully.

If you are new or just want to get started repairing your own credit then this book was written at the right level for you. The anecdotes motivate you to go out and do the repairs yourself. I can't wait to start seeing things disappear from my report.

I found this book very informative. It's obvious that the author has a lot of experience in the credit repair and mortgage industries, and explains it all in easy to understand terms. She also includes multiple sample letters that can be used to dispute incorrect or derogatory items. Perhaps even more importantly, she dispels some common credit repair myths, such as the use of debt consolidation firms and online disputes. I highly recommend this book!
