“Whether I’m high or low, in heaven or hell, nothing can ever separate me from God’s love.”

Cross Stitched is an inside look at baseball legend Jason Grimsley’s wild and unbelievable life. Jason shares hilarious stories about scaling the outside of a hotel at three in the morning while also opening up about hardships he’s faced-- including a botched suicide attempt and the near-destruction of his marriage.

Filled with insight and wisdom for all the highs and lows of life, this audiobook is a manual for how to have hope on your worst days and a guidebook for experiencing God’s love in your life every single day. Unfiltered and irreverent, Cross Stitched displays the very real and present love of God and the abundant life he offers us when we surrender to him.

Amazingly powerful glimpse into how God can truly transform a life. Thank you for being so open and honest.

A story worth knowing

This might be the most honest book I’ve ever read. Unpolished or scripted. It’s listening to some of the most remarkable stories, and many lessons that followed, from a truly remarkable man. Like it’s just you and him in his living room. I think it’s a book for anyone who knows deep frustration or brokenness in life. Which is all of us. It’s a wide open look inside one of our best. All of the good, the bad and the ugly from a former seemingly fearless man. “Many a man speaks of his own loving kindness, but a faithful man who can find?”-Proverbs 20:6. I love that verse, I want that. This author, Jason Grimsley, I think is a living example. This book is not what I expected. Hilarious, real, difficult, encouraging, couldn’t put it down. It’s also an honest look at the impact of and honor due a woman of noble character, friends, family and teammates, and ultimately who God is. I’ll be sending this to many.

Incredibly, simply, unapologetically real
