About the Author:
Dr. Moore is a Pre-Sentence Investigator for Alabama Circuit Courts, with previous careers as an ordained pastor, college educator, and author. He holds a doctoral degree from Emory University, and has been a repeat guest on various TV and radio programs. His previous eight books have garnered widespread positive reviews.

Great book, horrible recording

The material itself is very insightful and edifying, but the virtual reading of the text is appallingly bad and distracts from the book’s content and message. Whoever oversaw the production of this audiobook had no regard for its listeners.

solid and well-written minus the progressive bits

The author is a self-proclaimed "progressive pastor", so this comes with quite some baggage. The computer-generated voice does a good job. The book is solid and flows well. Minus all the railing against Trump that is blown out of proportion if you consider the Democrats themselves discarded their own candidate Biden as unfit for the job...yet they elected him earlier on. The author admits he included Manson in his analysis only for reasons of name-recognition...so the same applies to Hitler I guess. The Trump bits are political condiment to tickle the taste buds of the activist. Last, he is obsessed with the justice system as place of ultimate redress: the Nuremberg trial, for example. "[U.S Air Force leading officer during WWII]LeMay said, "If we'd lost the war, we'd all have been prosecuted as war criminals." And I think he's right. He, and I'd say I, were behaving as war criminals. LeMay recognized that what he was doing would be thought immoral if his side had lost. But what makes it immoral if you lose and not immoral if you win? (R.S.
