How you like to live abroad in Albania? What might it be like? Well, in this play, an ordinary American family gets to experience an extraordinary life, when Jack, the head of household gets himself hired to teach English in Tirana, the capital of Albania. This American family will have to deal with less creature comforts such as living in a small apartment, having to take crowded busses to get around town, to the universal problem all outsiders face: not fitting in and feeling a bit unwanted. But they will have to grow and triumph over adversity of being a foreigner in a strange new land, and in the process have some fun experiencing the upside of life in Albania. Comical, clever, and astutely observant of culture, this play entertains and brings to life modern Albania for the reader.
