It's OK...

Not my favorite of the series. I thought I'd like this one the best, but it was so difficult to stay connected to this story. I think, in part, it was due to the female narrator - not horrible, but nowhere near as good as the last narrator in book 3 (Geneva). Also, the story just wasn't as thrilling...the thrill came pretty much during the last couple hours.

The entire series was fantastic. The performance was riveting. I wish there was more! Yummy

Not as Gritty and Didn't Love the Female Narrator

The storyline was fine for me, but I saw others complain that it wasn't mafia enough. I can see that, but still enjoyed it and was fine with the level of mafia-ness, myself. But I'm still new to the subgenre. However, I did struggle with the female narrator. The male was fine and the female was okay with making sexy sounds during the male chapters. But the female narrator sounded like she was reading the story to me, not like she was telling it or experiencing it. That's my main complaint about this book. She did have a pleasant voice, though. Otherwise I enjoyed it.

Funny dark romance

This one isn’t as dark of the other books in the series, but it’s still entertaining!

It was not worth the money… the story line was terrible I thought it was supposed to be a mafia story .
