This was as good as the other books in the series, maybe even better. Great characters and excellent ending!

A series is recommend

I really enjoyed this whole series. I’m a fan of the paranormal and this was the perfect series. I enjoyed the characters in this series. The author has a brilliant imagination and I’d put him up there with Stephen King. I loved how Lance and Lea progressed in this series and was pleased to see how their characters play out. Even Patrick, the Reverend, and the surfer are characters you love to hate. I really liked the side characters that were in this series. Each book had someone likable in it. Though my favorite happened to be in this book, I really like Emit. His gift would be the scariest gift to have. So I highly recommend this series to anyone that loves the paranormal and horror. It doesn’t disappoint. All the books were amazing.

First full series completed - Definitely worth the read/listen!

This is the first full series that I have completed from beginning to end and I would definitely recommend it to others. The writing style is similar to other authors I have enjoyed such as Stephen King and VC Andrews, but also has a more personal and relatable style that I think will attract a variety of readers/listeners.
