Dr. Nathaniel Blackwood is a celebrated psychiatrist whose renowned “Freedom Protocol” promises radical liberation through unsettling methods. When bright-eyed nurse Clarissa Hart joins Evergreen Psychiatric Hospital, she’s drawn in by Blackwood’s charisma, but soon discovers his treatments push patients to the brink of collapse. Behind the hospital’s sterile corridors, alliances form and betrayals fester, as Clarissa and fellow investigator Dr. Helena Corvin piece together evidence of unethical experiments, buried patient records, and a darker purpose behind Blackwood’s methods.

In a relentless battle of wills, each character must decide how far they’ll go for power, redemption, or survival and whether true freedom can ever emerge from a “dark mirror” of the mind.
