I like how Brian draws the distinction between manipulation and persuasion.

Found self hypnosis particularly interesting.

Applicable at work and in personal life.

Not enough real-life examples to relate to.

Redundant fluff

Basically tells you over and over what you need to learn but never teaches you anything, at least within the first 10 chapters which is where I stopped.
