Dark Reign

I found to be a great book and loved the heroine and the hero and the character Meiko it was a lot of mystery in finding out who kidnap Chantelle and it was sad that Meiko gave up his freedom but in the epilogue he has children the author needs to write a book explaining how Meiko ended up settled down.

Dark, intense and powerful

This is the second book in this duet. I highly recommend reading book 1 as this is its conclusion. This is a dark intense story. While the story kept me on pins and needles it did seem over long at a few times. Miko is one of my fav characters and I hope he gets his own story after reading the epilogue.

I did listen to this on audio. The narrators did a wonderful job. The Italian spoken is lovely to listen to.

Intense, dark, emotional conclusion

This is book 2 of the Bennett duet, read book 1 before tackling this one. It’s an intense and riveting story, but some parts seem to drag out.

Dark Mafia Romance

Dark Reign by Xavier Neal is a dark mafia romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Joy Behare and Tom Haire. This is the second book in The Bennett Duet.

Xavier did a great job wrapping up their story. Benicio and Chantal had a lot of struggles to get through to get their happily ever after, but you couldn't help but root for them. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

Joy and Tom did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this series if you like dark romances, mafia romances, or romantic suspense.

okay this was really good, sad that her dad didn't make but I have to say I love that character where she shows her badness. man she kills like a boss and is Benny's every equal , but I do wish Nico didn't have to leave them. I hope we get a Nico story I think that would be a fun one to write because of his personality. the narrator's of this series did a really good job. they brought all the characters to life.
