Alexander Dumsky, or Alex Doom, was a dark wizard. At the age of 17, he was convicted of a litany of crimes so long that even the seasoned investigators, judges, and prosecutors involved in the case could only shudder.

Loved it!!

loved it a bit slow at times but still a good listen and the narrator did am excellent job! and probably not for snowflakes

My favorite book so far

First let me just say that the narrator did an incredible job in my opinion. I absolutely loved this book. The main character was extremely fun and interesting and the humor in this book was enough to actaully audibly laugh. The only issue I have is that the author hasn't released the 2nd book and I don't think we'll be getting a sequel any time soon if ever since this isn't his main series. Either way I highly recommend this book if you like magic, mystery and main characters who don't take shit lying down!

loved it

this is a dark story about a guy trying to get justice in any way possible , the mc is pretty dickish but as the story unfolds you really connect with him and can understand him better

a good book

A pretty good book and start to the series.
there is a few editing problems, couple skips in the audio.
other then that a good book, the magic is fun and the main character, though he isn't always like able it is on purpose.
I have Hope's for the series but we will see, the last two russian others styles I've read ended up disappointing me. still this one seems very good.

rest of the series?

loved this book and have listened to it multiple times. I'm hoping that the rest of the series will be translated and narrated as well!
