A dark reflection stalks the night....

Vincent Donnelly has faced pain, death, and madness. His past is a haze of fractured memories. A host of restless spirits inhabited his tortured psyche once. He has inherited their powers, their magic. But all he wants is to be free of the nightmares that plague him.

Fleeing from the confines of a demonic asylum, Vincent and his allies take refuge in a remote mountain cabin. Lost, wounded, unable to access his supernatural abilities, Vincent struggles to sever the link between himself and the personification of Chaos itself.

But it is not so easy to destroy. This sinister entity has created a host body of its own.... A body that looks exactly like Vincent.

Hunted by this dark replica and its monstrous creations, Vincent and his friends are forced into a bloody struggle for survival. But a powerful ally awaits—a being that could end the double's chaotic reign once and for all.

Assuming Vincent can survive long enough to find it....

Amazing job by both Ian Fortey and John Pirhalla. This is the sixth and finale book in this series. We find out who the remaining voice in our hero's head is and that he was never really trapped there like the others was. What happens when a powerful begin is unleashed on the earth? Can people survive or does everything get destroyed? Does he remember who he is or does he finally realize the passed doesn't make you who you are? Is there more then one powerful begin on the earth? So many questions at a time when nothing makes sense to anyone involved. Can our hero and his friends manage to untangle this maze of craziness in time?

i really enjoyed these audio books. John Pirhalla did a FANTASTIC job with all the voices. i have to admit Dessie was my favorite, made me laugh out loud on many occasions. i was not a fan of the ending, thought it could go a better way but loved the rest.

great audio book

Vincent still cannot remember who he is, and while he is doing his best to keep himself and his friends alive, Fix seems to be bent on destroying them all.

I absolutely LOVED this book! I am sad to see this series ending, but it was a good end, with all the loose ends tied up. Fabulous series!

This is a fabulous series. There is so much that went on in this series - whole worlds that were created and were completely seamless. Characters you absolutely LOVE and HATE. I am more of a ghost kind of girl - but you can't do anything but admire an author like Ian. Enjoyed this series - I will say that the ending was very different then I expected - but I could say that for most of the books in this series....but the end was good. Ian has an amazing imagination and a fabulous way of drawing you into a story

Ian is a Master in this Storyline
