ice & fire what a great short story. Liked how quickly their relationship progressed.

every thing you want in a story and then some.

Love at first sight. Misunderstanding, intrigue, controversy, Misdirection and fierce protectiveness.

Narrator did good job of storytelling.

Very light reading

Good when you want an escape read. I’ve had enough real life challenges that a relaxing time out is a true gift. This has just enough of a storyline with interesting characters and dialogue.
Soudek has a relaxing voice in a lower register that’s easy to listen to. She has just enough variety of voices to keep it interesting but I wish she had fewer mispronunciations. It’s Jil-ee-uhn!
