I love this book. But this guy tries to change Dawn. Which is just horrible poor Dawn but in the end calls him and makes him apologize. It’s amazing book. Please read it.

The narrator's attempts at a southern accent and an Australian accent are really bad. Other than that she does an okay job. Thankfully only a few parts of the story needed accents.

Annoying Narrator

The lesson here is don't change who you are to please others. Especially a cute boy.

Travis was infuriating. Not only because he was controlling, a player, and phone, but he has no self-awareness. So no character development there, but being a 16 year old boy I guess that is expected.

Good parallel with the Australian boy not fitting in and the American boy (sorry, I forgot their names) telling him how to change to fit in. That story was not resolved well. It was left open.

4 out 5 Hair Combs.

Dawn, you can do better.
