Always an excellent listen. I’ve enjoyed the audio version so much I’m collecting the paperback for future reading.

Another great addition

Great story and good action. It’s good getting a bit of back story prior to the arisen series.

But I gotta say, Yaz is a freaking idiot. I understand his storyline but man, it’s so easy to dislike him. He’s so self-absorbed and self-righteous but so glaringly obtuse that any part of his story is so irritating. Him telling the Russian dude about their next mission? Seriously? Yaz is a man child with mommy issues.

Phenomenal book.

I love this book. I loved the action. I really liked how they incorporated one story with the ranger and Russian soldier. And they also mentioned the name of my favorite band in the book which totally caught me off guard at the same time.
