Another view of British politics and life prior to WWII. Interesting mystery and characters.

I have steered clear of books centered on either the British or French situations surrounding WWII. Enjoyed this one because it was a different take. Also excellent narration. Will read the next in series.

Intriguing historical mystery

The characters are strong. The history is accurate The plot has unpredictable twists and turns and there is a little romance. I have already started the next book in the series

A wonderful beginning to the Deadly series. I enjoyed the lead character, Olivia, very much. How she discovers the truth about her murdered husband & proceeds to hunt for his killer was believable. And I loved the narrator. She brought life to the characters. I ordered the second book before I even finished this one!!

Wonderful Mystery

This is everything you want in a mystery. I enjoyed every chapter. From the beginning it held my attention. The characters and stories are marvelous. The narrator is fantastic!

Deadly wonderful

This is a great book. I got Deadly Wedding in plus catalog. After listening to deadly Wedding I got Deadly Scandal. Reading the books in order is helpful. I now have all the books. The History of beginning of WW2 in England is very interesting. I thought I knew my history at the time but, I was wrong. You won't be sorry buying this series.
