Unexpected

Did not expect to bawl like a baby within the first chapter, hit a lil to hard. Loved this genre bending urban fantasy/murder mystery with a dash of spicy and romance. The narrators did a fantastic job conveying the emotions of Clarke and Haywood.

Love the Narrators

Loved how the narrators made this story come to life. It added so much to each character and transformed the way I enjoyed the book.

I’m ready for the next two books in the series! Great twist I didn’t see coming!

Intriguing!

This story developed so well!! I was on a road trip and was so grateful I could listen to it all at once. I cannot wait for the sequel - and I can’t imagine where the story is going, which I love! I hate when things are predictable.
