Andrei Barinov deceived me and made me a partner in his crimes.

Underneath his handsome face was a bottomless sea of darkness. One that threatened to drown me beneath its pitiless waves.

He knew a secret that was hidden from me my entire life—the truth about my family, a family that he destroyed.

And now I risk losing what little I have left. Because the final question that remains unanswered is this: Can my heart truly belong to a monster like Andrei Barinov? Or was everything doomed from the very beginning?

Deceitful Bond is book three of the Barinov Bratva trilogy. It is not a standalone. You must listen to both book one, Deceitful Vows, and book two, Deceitful Lies, beforehand.

For mature listeners.

Enjoyed the book but it drug at times. I found my self skipping ahead. Loved the ending.

Would have been better as a duet

The series was great. Loved the story but the constant ‘threat’ of leaving wasn’t my favorite part. I got to a point of ‘just go already’. However, I still loved it!

Loved the full series

So the first two were fantastic, but this one tho…it really dragged. Sorry to say that but I guess I should have seen it coming. In every trilogy (kind of a spoiler, but it’s so common it’s not really a spoiler) you expect a prolonged period where the MCs are apart. Sigh, super annoying. And at that point you just guess how they will get back together. I just got frustrated with the FMC not listening to the MMC and paying the Bratva-style price, it just got ridiculous. I started checking how much more book I had to listen to! I won’t lie - fast forwarding was involved. I did finish and the end was fairly satisfying, so there’s that. I wish that this would have been a duet though and it could have gone out on top - bc the first two books were so amazing. That said, the narrators are excellent and the writing is very good.

This one tho…
