This book was very helpful and encouraging in my search for meaning of the secret of the golden flower. It provided some life examples to understand what I read and other authors on the subject.

More autobiography than a deciphering of the Golden Flower. There are better books and videos about the Golden Flower, namely the secret of the Golden Flower and two really good translations. Having said that I think this author relates some good experience and there is insight to be gained by reading this.

An eye opening glimpse into a new/old way.

This was a good starting point for a new journey. The story of discovery is a good one.
