Refreshing insight

Years ago I worked at a company that hired an outside counselor to work with employees. After sharing my experience at the company with her, the counselor told me that she has worked for many companies and mine was the least intuitive she has ever seen.
I enjoyed this book because it does more than point out a problem or need. Instead it provides actionable strategies for improving and leveraging intuition.
