OK story but disappointing narration

Is there anything you would change about this book?

I was disappointed with the narration.
1) no pauses between chapters or changes of scene
2) she makes Lindsay sound like a whiner (voice); her narration is ok when she narrates the male characters but she does not do Lindsay justice at all.

Would you recommend Delicious Do-Over to your friends? Why or why not?
