Als ein Pinguin aus dem Newtowner Zoo entkommt, hofft Elvis innig, diesen entlaufenen Pinguin als erster zu finden. Allerdings treffen Norman und Mandy vor ihm auf den Freigänger, wie er quietschfröhlich am Strand entlang watschelt.
Spannende Abenteuer ereignen sich in und um Pontypandy. Norman dreht einen Spionagefilm. Ein Fuchs flieht und Lady Samtpfote geht unter Normans Obhut verloren, weil sie einfach nicht hören möchte.
