She doesn’t know my name, but she’ll never forget my hands after I drag her into the shadows and make her melt, right there against the wall while the music drowns out her moans.
Then she disappears, leaving me with the scratches of her nails on my back and the taste of her on my lips. I don’t even know her name or her number.
When I see her again, I realize she’s the coach’s daughter—off-limits, untouchable, and dating some big shot’s son her dad set her up with. I bet the guy couldn’t last five minutes on the ice with me.
She avoids me like the plague, but I’m on her campus, on her screen, and in her head.
Every goal I score? It’s for her.
Every fight I start? It’s because of her.
She thinks she can stay away. But I play to win, and I’ve never lost a game in my life. This time, the prize is her.
And I don’t share.
Devil on Skates is a standalone college bully hockey romance and is intended for mature audiences.

Not really a bully romance

It read, from the description, like it was going to be a BIT darker, more possessive obsessive MMC that pulls some tom foolery to get his girl. Our H went after her strongly yeah but nothing eye brow raising.
The portion I listened to as I couldn’t put it down was done via audio voice (they are getting a bit better shockingly) so no real feedback there.
All in all a cool introduction to this author and I just may have to check out her back catalogue too!
A fun 3.5 star read!
