Good twist! Didn’t see it coming

Continuing to Love the series. Both Mayet and UnderBelly. Great characters and banter. Story keeps building along with story lines. Then the twist. Yeah!! Can’t wait for the next

Surprise Ending

3.5 stars. This story was a slow burn, but it was worth the wait once Tiia and Micah got together. Tiia is a smart and strong FMC who scored extra points when she gave Micah the payback he deserved. Micah was a frustrating MMC with his OTT paranoia, which is understandable considering his upbringing. However, his dedication to plants was hysterical. It was hard for me to get past his actions, which ultimately brought this rating down a notch.

I highly recommend reading the first book, The Tallest Tower, and the Mayet Justice series. Felix was more likable in the first book of the Underbelly Enchanted series. The other FMCs, Dr. Minka Mayet and Christabelle Cannon, will not disappoint you!
