I got this because I was considering getting a diamond for my wife. I am glad I did. This feels less like a tutorial or manual than having a good friend (who is a diamond merchant) explain all the ins and outs, all the traps and pitfalls of getting a diamond.

A bonus is that Rendel doesn't make this dry and boring. The work literally flows and he makes jokes every so often to keep things light-hearted. You can listen to it in chunks too. The run time isn't overly long, so you can easily listen in one shot like I did, but you don't have to do so.

Jensen reads it as if he wrote it. He keeps it smooth and light, but never downplays the seriousness of the subject matter.

A girl's best friend? Dunno, but it is mine.
