Die Linde bei St. Stephan: Als der Baumeister Falkner im Jahre 1144 das Stephanskirchlein und den Pfarrhof bauen sollte, da sagte er: „Diese Linde hier muss umgehauen werden! Hier muss der Pfarrhof stehen.“ Der Pfarrer Eberhard aber sagte: „Lasst mir doch meine liebe Linde stehen, ich hab sie so gern und ich sitze oft in ihrem Schatten. Sie ist genauso alt wie ich und sie soll nicht vor mir sterben.“
