Are you tired of trading hours for dollars? Do you dream of building a business that gives you true time and financial freedom?

In this groundbreaking book, land investing expert Mark J. Podolsky reveals the step-by-step system he used to go from working 50+ hours a week to just 2 hours a month - while dramatically increasing his income.

Drawing on his years of experience mentoring thousands of land investors, Podolsky lays out a proven blueprint for transforming your land business into a passive income machine that runs on autopilot.

You'll discover: •

  • Why most land investors get stuck as highly-paid freelancers - and how to escape this trap
  • The mindset shift required to go from "buying and selling land" to truly owning a business
  • Cutting-edge systems, automation, and delegation strategies to extract yourself from day-to-day operations
  • How to hire and train a team to run your business without you – so you can achieve true financial freedom
  • The exact steps to scale from 50 hours a week to 2 hours a month (or less!)

Whether you're just getting started or already have a successful land investing business, this book will show you how to work less, earn more, and finally achieve the lifestyle freedom you've always wanted.

Stop settling for being a well-paid employee of your own business. It's time to become the CEO and build a business that works for you - not the other way around.

The author’s style is easily listened to and a solid plate of what I needed to hear at this stage of my life.

Thorough methods

The first book covered the processes of how to locate, value, purchase, market, and resell land. There are a few more steps in this that I discussed, but that’s the basics of it. The second book was more about taking you from doing it all to teaching you the tools for you getting others to do most of it for you, bring up your time to be out of the task business And into the more important business of running the operation

Good follow on information less about buying land, more about making the most of doing it

Some good info, but far too much shilling of his paid group and products. Pretty common for books like this though

The author appears to think buying his books means readers are asking for hours of repetitive backstory and platitudes on our way to paying more for future classes and seminars. This book seems to forget two things: 1, We heard you say the same catch phrases the first 10-20 times in the first few chapters (and throughout the first book too), so move on already to the meat. 2. We PAID for a book with "How to..." in the byline, so we expect you to get to the details of "how" post haste. We did not pay for this book and its predecessor just to get click-baited along paying more as we wait for book 3, 4, 5, or registration in a series of more expensive seminars to get the first real meat and potatoes "how to" details. We didn't need to waste hours of time reading/hearing the same phrases over and over, ostensibly trying to hype us up to get off our rears and work hard at something. Maybe some came for that, but many who would be successful at this have already been working hard and have been successful at other things. That's why we paid for the "how to" education to teach us how to apply that same drive to this. We did not pay to have time wasted with more hype. Awesome concept in theory - too much wasted fluff not helping readers execute on the ideas.
