Can’t put down

This is second book in series and I skipped sleep last nite because I couldn’t put it down. I keep thinking Caleb and dutches(Olivia) will finally get their chance then something else happens. You just have to keep going and going to end then next book to hear if they finally have their happily ever after with each other. I can’t stand what Caleb wife did to him back when dating and when married. I’m glad what happened happened. This book is full of lust,bribery,sadness,happiness and edge of seat suspense in a way. I hope we can continue to hear more. I am listening to book 3 but I can tell one more book isn’t gonna be enough lol

Dirty Red

Another great book by Tarryn Fisher. This time I bought the kindle version and the audio-book version. When I couldn't listen, I read on my kindle app, when I couldn't read, I listened. I knew, going into this book, that I would hate Leah. She is the worst, most deceitful, low-down, dirty character I have met in a long time! I didn't think, after the deep hatred I had for her in The Opportunist, that I would get into this book so much. Boy was I wrong!
I didn't want to like Leah at all. I still don't like her. I almost felt sorry for her in some parts, especially seeing how she was treated as a child, and then she would do something horrible again, and I would go back to hating her! I couldn't get enough. I had to find out what she would do next!!
Leah Smith manipulated her way into Caleb Drake's life and she won't let him go without a fight. To say she is obsessed with him is an understatement. She is a greedy viper who can't even think of sharing his time with anyone. She is crazy. I can't stand her - but I can't get enough of her either!
I think I am going to have to read all of Tarryn Fisher's books!

Holy snakes...

This POV was hard to take. At times the audacity of the things being said and expected were almost unbearable. Many "holy shit" bombs were dropped and this story made me want to know listen longer just to get the details.

Now I have to see how this one wraps up...

Even better than the first! Would love to give this one more than 5 stars as well. It was great to read from the "other womans" point of view and see how she put all her scheming together when the main character Caleb was trying to get Olivia back. I was extremely emotionally invested in this book and didn't want it to end! I loved how in this book the author kept to the same formula and went between past and present backstories but kept to Leah's (Calebs wife) point of view this time. The book stayed very interesting and there were no dull moments. I cant wait to listen to The Thief!! The narrator on this audio is PERFECT! .. She was the real reason why this story grasped my attention.
