A hot, sexy read! Grace and Trick are neighbors and good friends. Trick has always wanted more from the moment he met Grace but Grace, having the worst luck with men doesn't want to ruin her friendship with the hot SWAT officer from next door, no matter how sexy he is. However, Trick has a plan to make her see how good they can be together and what a naughty plan it turns out to be!

Predictable, but enjoyable

No surprises to the plot, but a very enjoyable listen. It's one I can see myself coming back to for a light "read." I like the H/h and there are a couple of steamy sex scenes. All in all, worth the price (Kindle/Audible purchase).
