This is most likely an AI creation without any DMDD research or relevant information. I stopped listening after the 'changes in diet can improve symptoms' talk came up. If DMDD, or ADHD or ASD for that matter, can be cured with a diet change, it's not DMDD, ADHD, or ASD.

There’s a lot of excellent information in here. The AI voice leaves a lot to be desired. “Autism” is pronounced “odd-ism” and took me several times to figure out what was being said. “Read” that should’ve been pronounced “red” was pronounced “reed”. Several other words were mispronounced as well, badly enough that I never did figure out what was being said. It was frustrating because it detracts from the information being presented. The cadence of the speech was often unnatural, irregular, or uneven.

Good information. Bad narration.
