Dixon knows something is coming, only he doesn’t know what. He’s a lion shifter who can’t shift and has been outcast by his own kind. He lives his dull life the same way until Melody is hurdled into his life. He thinks it’s Fate sick pleasure playing games with him until he realizes that Melody can give him everything he’s lacked in his life. But how can he mate with a woman and not be able to protect her? Self-doubt clouds his mind until she convinces him that she loves him no matter what.

Awesome series! I loved it!

I love everything about this series, the male dragons are so representative of what it is to be a man. This is an awesome addition to the series so far, and I can't wait for the next one!

Love this series

I just finished listening to all the other books in this series to give me a refresher before starting this one. I love these books. The characters always so complex and simple all at the same time. I can’t wait for the next book to come out!!!!!! I will definitely be buying it as well!!!

not my fav in the series

The prior books in this series have more discovery and a story to tell where as this one was mostly sensual and lacked adventure.

Heartfelt and Hopful

Dixon is a story overflowing with heart and hope. The best stories are the ones that have a natural flow and are not forced. Dixon is one of those stories that was able to capture my heart and keep it. It was such a pleasure experiencing this wondrous journey and learning all about the amazing characters that we meet along the way. Shifters are some of my favorite paranormal creatures, and this story did not disappoint.

I very much enjoyed the mixing of elves and shifters. It gave the story extra spice and intrigue. The solid storyline helped me to enjoy characters like Dixon and Melody so much more. I wish there could have been a little more to get to know them better, but otherwise, these two felt like they are perfect for the other. Both missing an important piece of their life until they were finally able to meet. I loved how they complimented the other and were exactly what the other needed to complete their life and mission.

The narration was a truly a listening pleasure. I enjoyed this wonderful experience from beginning to end. It helped to bring this story to life and hit home the important themes that permeate every page. I recommend this brilliant audio experience to every paranormal fan.
