INTERESTING TOPIC/GOOD MYSTERY

A book cover is an author's first and sometimes only opportunity to grab a reader's interest, and this is one cover that hits it right out of the park! I had a long car trip coming up and needed an engrossing story to make the miles melt away, and this audiobook did not disappoint. The tagline alone had me hooked; I wanted to know escape from where and escape from whom! The characters were only a step or two ahead of their pursuers throughout the entire story, and I was rooting for them as they searched for sanctuary. This talented author knows how to keep her readers on the edge of their seats.
